In a case related to Jayalalitha where 3 girl students of Dharmapuri were burnt to death, the court has mentioned that the prosecution itself is tampering with the case. They say, everyone is equal before the law. Is there one law for Sankaracharya and another for AIADMK ?
Knowing that there is no evidence against Jayendrar, the government has started defaming the muttam. Jayalalitha must be having some personal animosity against Jayendrar. They want to keep him in jail somehow.

Sankararaman was a blackmailer. That (crime) attracts 2 years of imprisonment. For his death, Jayalalitha has given his family 5 Lakhs. So many murder cases are in TN. Was everyone given 5 Lakhs ? Why were the families of 3 students burnt to death in Dharmapuri not given 5 lakhs each ? The CM gives 5 lakh to Sankararaman's family in the morning and in the evening they identify the assailants. Why are we not connecting these two events?
They have spoiled the mutt's name. One lady came to me and said that a North India-based Sankaracharya gave her a sari but she is scared to wear it now. That's how much has happened. Why does the CM show such animosity ?

They say that Jayendrar should not stay in South India. Can he do nothing if he is in North India ? No one supports him as much as Ashok Singhal & Togadia do. Will that support not have its repercussions ?
Does that mean he should keep flying always in a plane ? There were lot of cases on Jayalalitha. Did she not continue to live in Chennai? When some cases were under progress, she was the CM. The wealth accumulation case is going on in Karnataka. But are not all the witnesses continuing to live here? Are not the officials who are supposed to be witnesses continuing to work under her? If everyone is equal before law, is Shankara mutt then one level below the law? They talk about VCD piracy. But police themselves have given a VCD about Shankaracharya to private channels. They talk about arresting him in Tirukotioor Madhavan case. They also talk about his arrest under the Goondas Act.
