Narcotics case: Judge Thanikachalam’s observations
” Looking at the FIR, it appears to be a foisted case. It is not clear what prosecution is trying to convey in the FIR. You have said that the accused wanted Ravi Subramaniam to be eliminated when he come to court on April 27th. How could the accused have redicted that the case will come for hearingon April 27th? If they had conspired, then they can be booked under 120Bfor conspiracy. Why were they booked under section 20-(1) ? There are contradictions. The police need to explain this.”
