Murder: Charges framed on Sri Jayendrar

Charges were framed today in the Sankararaman murder case, in the Pondicherry court, on 24 persons including Sri Jayendrar.

In the Sankararaman murder case the charges were framed at Kanchipuram. Subsequently the case was transferred to the Chengalpattu Sessions Court.

Thereafter, on Supreme Court’s order, this case was transferred to the Pondicherry court. The start of the trial of this case in Pondicherry court has been delayed. In the meanwhile, charges were framed on all 24 persons including Sri Jayendrar, Sri Vijayendrar, Appu, Sundaresa Iyer and Raghu.

All the 24 persons were personally present in the court to be framed with the charges The hearing was adjourned to April 17th
