Sankararaman murder case is being heard in the Pondicherry Court. In this the Tamil Nadu Government’s Public Prosecutor is pleading for the government side.

Kanchi Sankarachaariyaar had alleged that the Public Prosecutor was biased in his action. He therefore had filed a petition in the Supreme Court requesting for a change of Public Prosecutor.

In his petition Jayendrar had requested that the Public Prosecutor representing the Pondicherry government should conduct the case. The petition came up for hearing before the Supreme Court Justices Arun Kumar and Tarun Chatterjee.
