Kanchi Acharyas bless the people in and around Kalavai

Kalavai: Kanchi Acharyas Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal and Sri Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamigal visited the Arundhathi Palayam and Mettu Palli colonies and blessed the devotees there.

Both the Acharyas are now staying at Kalavai Shankara Mutt. Both of them are visiting several temples in and around Kalavai and offering their prayers there.

Previously, people from Arundhathi Palayam and Mettu Palli colonies visited the Acharyas and invited them to come to their colonies. Accepting the invitation, both the Acharyas visited them yesterday.

All along, the Acharyas were accorded an enthusiastic welcome by the people. The leader of the people of Arundhathi Palayam, Sri Pakkiri Saami welcomed the Acharyas by breaking coconuts and lighting camphor. The Acharyas blessed all the people in that area.

Later, when the Senior Acharya spoke to the people, he said: “I pray to the Almighty that everyone lives happily. All of you must get educated well and must be a role model for others in education. In this regard, the Kalavai Shankara Mutt will do the needful. If required, even an industrial training institute can be started for this purpose. All of you can also take advantage of the free medical facility offered by the Kalavai Shankara Mutt”.
