Kanchi Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal in Karnataka

Kollur, Mar 7: Kanchi Sankaracharya Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal is traveling to various pilgrim centers in the state of Karnataka.

On Monday, His Holiness visited the famous Kollur Mookambika temple where He was accorded with Purna Kumbam and paid respects by temple officials. He offered special prayer services to the Devi in the temple. He then proceeded to Sri Chetra Gokarna in northern Karnataka and stayed there.

On Tuesday, He visited Suvarnavalli mutt in Chirsi district and Sri Ramachandrapura Mutt in Hosnakar district.

Prior to this, Sri Jayendrar had gone to Udupi last Sunday and visited the famous Sri Krishna temple. He also met with Sri Vidya Sagara Theertha Swamigal of Paryaya Krishnapura mutt.
