Sri Jeyendrar presents Himself in the court

Chennai: After Kanchi Mutt’s Sri Jeyendrar made His presence in the court yesterday, the warrant issued against him was cancelled.
In the Mandaiveli Radhakrishnan assault case, cases were filed against more than 10 persons including Jeyenderar, Ragu, Sundaresa Iyer. This case is being heard in the Additional Sessions Court Judge Selvakumar. The day before yesterday, this case came up for hearing. At that time seven persons including Ragu were personally present. Citing health reasons exemption was sought for Sundaresa Iyer’s presence. Exemption was also sought for Jayendrar’s presence.
Judge Selvakumar did not agree to that. He issued warrant against Jeyendrar but he did not enforce it till yesterday, keeping it under suspension..
Yesterday afternoon Jeyendrar presented himself before Judge Selvakumar. Further to that, the judge took back the warrant issued against Him.
