Chennai High Court questions TN Government on the Kanchi Sankara Hospital

Chennai, March 4, 2006

The Kanchi Mutt has informed the court that it is being forced to sell the Sankara Hospital because it has not been able to get an NOC from the government to start a medical college.

The Chennai High Court has questioned the TN Government on why it has not provided the non objection certificate to the medical college has given the government two weeks to respond.
