His Holiness Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal attended the Kumbabhishekam of the Sri Lakshmi Narayanaswami kovil at Vepanchari, near Chittur in Andhra Pradesh yesterday. He arrived from Kalavai at 7:45 am. After the Kumabhishekam, His Holiness moved to the Kalyana Mandapam in the temple complex, from where He blessed devotees with His darshan and prasad. In a benediction, His Holiness blessed the people of the country with long life, health and happiness. He blessed the land with good good rains and prosperity.
Later, His Holiness visited the Lakshmi Narayanaswamy and the Ashtalakshmi temple complexes and listened to the history behind these temples.

His Holiness departed for Kalavai at 2:45 pm.
